Alcinda managed to give me one of the best haircuts ever and compassionately respond to and provide emotional support and wise counsel for some ongoing challenges in my life.

To put it mildly, I have hair issues. Big huge fluffy hair. I've had so many hair stylists mess it up that I actually stopped getting it cut and it just went wild. So. Much. Hair. I could brush my hair in front of my face and do the perfect Cousin Itt impression from the Addams Family (Google it, look at the images and yeah, that's me right there).  Alcinda is magic with hair like mine. To say she is awesome is to downplay her awesomeness. She sits down with me, discusses what I want. When I ask her opinion, since she's the expert, she'll let me know which for me is a huge relief because I may not be making the best decisions. I know what I like, but then my hair has its own ideas and she's there to make it sit and stay. She is a very talented hair stylist. 

I am so happy to have met Alcinda, she is amazing! Upon sitting in her chair she took the time to ask me things about my hair, products I currently use and my usual getting ready routine. I loved that about this experience with her. Taking the time to talk on the front end gave me time to really think about what I wanted and also helped me decide. She was very patient and I really felt like I could slow down from my busy day, and relax and be pampered for a while.

I am so glad I found  Alcinda. You have created a great business model that is truly about superlative customer service. I never feel pressured, manipulated, or exploited as a customer. Just the opposite: I feel genuinely pampered and cared for. It is clear to me that the success of your salon is a direct reflection your integrity and commitment to attentive and consistently superb customer service.

I love going to see Alcinda. She makes me feel beautiful. Not only because she is a top rate professional hair stylist, but because she is VERY passionate about her profession. She listens with her heart and pays close attention to her clients needs.

Alcinda is a treasure. First of all, she's one of the genuinely nicest people I've ever met. Second, she keeps excellent client records of services rendered and products purchased. Third, she is a great listener! It is really fun to bat around ideas with her regarding possible directions in which to take hairstyle. Fourth, her execution of new coloring and styling ideas is fabulous. Fifth, she is an excellent networker and uses the resources of the salon superbly. I particularly like the way she collaborates with other stylist to discuss the best way to proceed with color.
